Responsibilities:

1,Sales Cost Benchmarking & Management:

Optimize sales expenses to achieve industry benchmark levels.

Enhance customer relationship management (CRM) to improve satisfaction.

2,Payment Collection & Risk Control:

Ensure on-time payment collection per contract terms.

Resolve long-overdue/disputed payments to reduce bad debt.

3,Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop sales development plans aligned with corporate SP (Sales Plan) & BP (Business Plan).

Support company-wide SP/BP goal achievement.

4,Team Leadership:

Drive talent development and team building within the department.

Job Responsibilities:

1,Order Delivery: Ensure timely shipment of sales orders from assigned clients to achieve sales revenue targets.

2,Order Processing: Accurately enter customer orders, track production and delivery progress, and maintain effective communication with clients to guarantee on-time order fulfillment.

3,Order Tracking: Proactively coordinate with clients and the Planning Department to align on delivery schedules. Monitor real-time progress across production processes to ensure adherence to timelines.

4,Exception Management: Follow up on overdue orders, paused orders, VMI/non-VMI orders, and drive solutions to complete shipments.

5,Payment & Claims: Track customer payments, log complaints/returns into the 8D system, follow up on claim resolutions, and ensure timely approval and settlement of receivables.

Requirements:

1,Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Marketing, English, or related fields (Diploma acceptable with sufficient experience).

2,2+ years in international trade or relevant industry (PCB industry experience preferred).

3,Fluent in English (written & spoken).

4,Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1,Lead supplier audits and coordinate audit schedules.

2,Oversee supplier agreement signings (Procurement Agreements, Quality Agreements, etc.).

3,Establish and optimize procurement systems to meet customer & compliance requirements.

4,Manage supplier qualification certificates, compliance test reports, and PPAP documentation, ensuring system updates.

5,Serve as lead/co-auditor during customer audits.

6,Ensure timely closure of audit corrective actions.

7,Track supplier non-conformities, drive claims, and coach suppliers for improvement.

8,Review special requirements (e.g., automotive/mobile clients), communicate to suppliers, and monitor execution.

9,Conduct supplier periodic evaluations and risk assessments.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:
1. More than 2 years of sales experience in PCB industry;
2. Experienced in key account development and management and project management;
3. Familiar with business processes and have certain experience in customer relationship management;
4. Experience in order distribution management;
5. Basic skills: customer service ability, price management ability, information collection and analysis ability, order management ability, cross-department collaboration ability.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the production process of solder resistance and character process products;
2. Coordinate and solve the quality problems found, ensure the production process and product quality control, reduce scrap.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in similar position, production or process is acceptable
2. Master PCB quality standards and be familiar with quality control of each process.
