Job Responsibilities:
1,Lead supplier audits and coordinate audit schedules.
2,Oversee supplier agreement signings (Procurement Agreements, Quality Agreements, etc.).
3,Establish and optimize procurement systems to meet customer & compliance requirements.
4,Manage supplier qualification certificates, compliance test reports, and PPAP documentation, ensuring system updates.
5,Serve as lead/co-auditor during customer audits.
6,Ensure timely closure of audit corrective actions.
7,Track supplier non-conformities, drive claims, and coach suppliers for improvement.
8,Review special requirements (e.g., automotive/mobile clients), communicate to suppliers, and monitor execution.
9,Conduct supplier periodic evaluations and risk assessments.
Requirements:
1,Bachelor’s degree or higher, CET-4+ English proficiency.
2,3+ years in supplier quality management (SQM).
3,Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes.
4,Expertise in procurement system development and supplier quality control.
